Well, more than anything, I love to bake cupcakes and muffins… any variety. There is just something about mixing the batter that is relaxing… then the smell while they are baking…

I make a mean BTS cupcake that starts out with devil’s food cake mix (I know…), shredded coconut, dark chocolate, white chocolate, macadamia nuts, sour cream, and whipping cream. My husband’s favorite topping is my ganache.
