We adore the look of the Le Creuset Wok in Cobalt blue.

This adorable piece is great for serving all types of dishes. Start off with hummus, move on to serving stir-fry. It is pretty small, so consider it an individual serving dish, or for small appetizers. We think a table setting with four of these woks would be gorgeous – have you tried this at home? Let us know, we want to hear about it!

Tonight we made a Swiss Fondue recipe (from the Emile Henry website) in our Emile Henry Flame Top Rouge Fondue pot. Two compliments for the Fondue set, the fact that it went from stovetop to its holder was incredible, so easy to use, limited mess since I did not have to switch pans. Second, it was covered in cheese but it soaked in warm water for about 5 minutes, and the cheese rubbed right off, so easy to clean.

We used the Emile Henry Fondue forks, the set comes with 8, but we also purchased an additional set for when we have guests. The forks are pretty well insulated, but if you leave them in the pot too long they do become extremely hot to the touch (be warned!). Another change I would love to see in the forks is to have them labelled with different colors so each person can distinguish their forks (plus it would be more fun!).

Overall rating for Fondue + Forks: A- , with a caveat that an A+ fondue set just might not exist.
